STOTT PILATES®
Nancy is a former educator who decided to combine her love of teaching and learning with a passion for Pilates. An avid equestrian with low back problems, she began practicing Pilates nine years ago as a way to balance her muscles, strengthen her core and create body awareness to improve her riding.
The benefits she experienced created a desire to learn more and compelled her to complete coursework to become STOTT PILATES® trained in Matwork and Reformer. She has an on-going special interest in the use of Pilates for rehabilitation and sport specific conditioning and believes that ANYbody and EVERYbody can improve their strength, functional mobility and agility through consistent Pilates practice.

Yoga found Stephanie in 2007. She was working as a neuroscience researcher at ASU and managing the demands of a family and an energetic toddler when she sought refuge in a gym yoga class and was instantly hooked.
Stephanie pursued her 200-hour teacher training in 2009 and finished her 500-hour program immediately afterward. She is eternally grateful to all the beautiful teachers who have influenced and taught her throughout the years – especially those who also call themselves students.
Her classes blend the traditional Astanga vinyasa system with slower, movement-based stretching that focuses on the individuals and their unique needs.
